Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or SMS, and tracking details will be shared as soon as the order is shipped.

Shipping Timeline
Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders to metro cities are usually delivered within 3 to 4 business days. For other areas, it may take between 3 to 7 business days, and up to 7 to 9 business days for remote or rural locations.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided by the courier partner.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@mohakka.com with your order number. If a package is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, let us know within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
